Atlanta can sell real beer now... suggestions?

Yeehaw! I've lived/been to many states in the US, and never been able to buy the beers I've heard about from my European friends. As you all know, Georgia raised the alcohol limit from 6% to 14% on July 1st, though I didn't see any. But I went into a local grocery store a couple days, and saw this whole new section of beers... !!

Does anybody have any suggestions of beers I can try?! All the liquor stores around my house are pretty much stocked up.

I bought some "La Chouffe" a couple nights ago (I think it was brevarian)... Much better than any beers I've drunkened in a long time... In fact, I had some sweetwater 420 laying around (a local microbrewery, my favorite beer of all time), and popped one open after drinking the Chouffe and it tasted like mollasassy piss in comparison... (I still love it, but in a direct back to back test, there was no comparison...)

I don't even know where to start... Hmmmm... I've heard the "real" Molson from Canada was excellent...

Welcome to the world of great beer.

La Chouffe is a specialty beer from the Ardennes region of Belgium and is an excellent beer. If you like La Chouffe, you're bound to enjoy other Belgian beers. Here's some info:

Stop! You're going the wrong direction. While there are some great Belgian-style beers brewed in Canada, Molson isn't one of them.
