Marked as a seasonal ale. It has some nice things going on in the flavour...hops almost equal to the malt = Good tasting stuff. A nice session brew(at 5%abv), imho. Anyone else tried this one before? Looks kind of "newish"
Best regards, Bill

Time was when Deschutes' summer seasonal was the FFFFFG Pine Mountain Pils (originally named Paulina Pils, until Paulaner--or their distro--made trouble for them, FWIW). Seems those days are over. It's enough to drive one to leave Oregon.
Tease.
Seems like Deschutes is trying something else besides a lager that didn't sell a lot, even if it was pretty good.
In your case, "drive" has nothing to do with it.
Haven't seen it yet (not that I was looking to hard either). I'm thinking of heading to their brewery later this summer and I'll definitely look for it there.
I don't know why we(Casper Wy) have this Deschutes connection going on but I'm certainly glad it is.
Now, if we can just get some fresh Pine Mt....
Well, I dunno. I mean, it sure seems like PMP sold well, based on how it didn't stick around on store shelves for long. Maybe the la(r)gering time has proven too profit-draining for the latter days, post-Dr. Bill Deschutes?
Aw, who'm I kidding? I'd NEVER leave here.
