I went to this place on Rt 1A in Norfolk, MA 5 minutes from Foxboro called Eagle Brook Saloon. The bartender told me that Ipswich Brewing Co brews custom beers for them. I sampled all 6 available.A couple including the summer wheat were unavailable. I must say that while all the beers were excellent the blueberry ale replete with bobbing berries was amazing. A hearty but not too heavy ale with a generous blueberry taste. Not too sweet nor tart just satisfying and I found myself munching on the blueberries that I could gather and scooping the remainders out into the next glass. With all the rain it must have been a banner berry year because while I hardly ever would buy or eat blueberries, these were delicious and I don't think it was because I was 4 beers in at the time of the tasting.(I generally don't like funky fruit flavored, summer type or autumn brews) Anyways I was told the beer is available bottled in jugs by Ipswitch and sold locally. This blueberry ale is a sure prize winning batch. I am going back today to confirm my findings! If you live within an hour or even 2 it would be worth it to go there and try it The pizza I had was really very good too, lots of cheese and crispy around the edges and other dishes looked appetizing, people seemed pleased. This is my first post to this newsgroup . I was into beer years ago, running around to diferent places, beer fests etc I even have a collection of 400 bottles all rated for the brew within, none of them common domestics. I feel like getting into again as drinking beer is one of lifes greatest pleasures and the appreciation of it a science and an art and a heck of a good hobby.Goes great with all my other hobbies concerts, movies, baseball etc..
