I had a few subject stout bottles at yesterday's festivities. When fully drained each had something solid left in the bottle. The remnant was cylindrical, white about 1.5 inches long and too wide to get out of bottle. Each of four bottles had same remant when empty. Initially I thought perhaps the fridge was too cold and was frozen water. Not so, overnite the empty bottles still have the same type remnant. I surmise it is part of the process. Does anyone know what it can be? Thank you, Seamus J. Wilson Arizona USA
