Half full beer in case

I bought a case of Labatt Blue last weekend and one of the bottles was sorta dirty lookin and only half full. So of course i didn't drink it. Just wondering if i should bring it back to the brewery and tell them about it? Think they'd offer up any freebies because of it?? :-)

Well, if it has a mouse in it, try taking it back to the Elsinore brewery to see what sort of wacky hijinks you can get into.

Just exactly what sort of "help" did you really want? You got a bad fill on a bottle of beer- either forget it, take it back to the retailer (who'll probably hand you over another bottle) or give the brewer's 800 number a call. It's not like winning the lottery, so driving to the brewery with your "winner" bottle seems a little over the top.

On the other hand, about 20+ years ago, I was served a badly skunked, way out of date bottle of Ballantine Ale and the bar was very rude about it. I called the distributor to complain (as I recall I was unemployed at the time, so had a lot of free time on my hands), I talked to the salesman about out of date beer, green bottled beer mishandling and some other brewing industry stuff and he dropped a case of the at-the-time new (and fated to be short-lived) Ballantine Brewer's Gold Ale off at my house. (I still remember the the picture of the salesman walking to the door with the case...).
