Why is Grolsh beer so hard to find in Boston?

Or just look up the local Miller distributor in the Yellow Pages ("Beer
- Wholesale") and ask them, since Grolsch is a SABMiller brand now.
Previously, in had been imported by Anheuser-Busch

When a brand changes ownership, importers or distributors, it is
often missing in certain areas while old stock is removed, new stock
brought in, etc.  (It took a long time, f'r'instance, for my local A-B
distributor to re-stock Budvar when they took over importation.  Some
stores still have  500ml. bottles with "Best Before 2/06" labels on them
from the previous importer.)
