LaConner India Pale Ale

How does this 100th percentile IPA compare to Hop Ottin' at 92? Are there any others that have actual hop buds in the bottle?

Commercial Description (LaConner): Contains the actual hop buds/flowers in the bottle. Sold exclusively in Bottleworks, a specialty beer shoppe serving the Seattle area since 1999. Easily distinguised from the regular IPA by the DH written on the cap or the hop bud floating in the bottle.

Yesterday I bought some IPA I don't recommend at all. It's Wolaver's from Vermont and is certified organic by the USDA. It deserves the 41st percentile rating it is given on RateBeer.com. I made another bad buy at the same time. Green Flash Extra Pale Ale, also 41st, but not as good IMO as the Wolaver's. I bought that one because it was on sale at Henry's and from a local San Diego Brewery I had never heard of. They are very new it turns out and their best is their First Anniversary Ale from 2003, a 3.52 with no percentile rating. I prefer percentiles to the four-point scale. And to think I could have bought two six-packs of Hop Ottin' at Trader Joe's for slightly less than I paid for these two losers!
