You should come to America, find and follow around an F350 owner until he pulls over and parks, then approach him and ask. All you will get on this newsgroup are a bunch of highly opinionated views on why people ought not own them. Why not just ask an owner?

Well, one guy I know that has one - it's actually a dual-cab one that seats 6 plus the full-size 4'x8' bed - is a wallboard contractor. If you've never seen wallboard panels, they come in 1/2" or 5/8" thickness, and the panels are 4x8 or 4x12. They're basically compressed gypsum and weigh about 30 lbs each. A truckload probably weighs 2 tons.

Of course, for many jobs, the warehouse delivers with a boom truck.

It's great for transporting half of the kids' soccer team.
