Sanyo Beer Refrigerator

I just bought a Sanyo Beer Refrigerator from Amazon and have two questions on it. I apologize in advance if the questions seem very basic. (1). I can trade the empty CO2 canister in at the local liquor store for a filled canister for

19.95, or I can drive a little bit and have it filled from a fire-fighters store for .10 per lb. Is there a difference in CO2? a "food grade" or a "industrial grade", or are they the same? Also, the owners manual stated that the pressure should be maintained to pour a 12oz glass of beer in approximatley 8 seconds. What do most people who use beer dispensers keep the CO2 pressure set to?

Thanks in advance

I get my CO2 tanks filled at a firefighting place, and as far as I've been able to find, there's ni difference in CO2 other than nomenclature. --------->Denny
