FYI. I just picked up a case of Schlitz in cans, since it was on sale. This beer has a definite hop taste and aroma, which is unusual for a U.S. megabrew. Tastes like Cascade hops. This is good stuff, IMHO.

It must have been some sort of accident back at the factory.

Maybe so. I think the American Bud could improve their image by introducing a craft beer with the flavor of the Czech Bud.
