Beerfest is coming up this Friday and Saturday at the Duke Energy Convention Center and Katie Clavey, our online reporter has an app to help you socially share your favorite beers with friends.
"Untappd" (yes, it's missing the "e") is a social check-in service that allows users to "check in" each beer you drink. It gives you recommendations on beer you can try, lets you see what beers your friends are drinking, and lets you comment on their choices. When you check in a beer, you have the variety of badges you can earn.
The app is free and there are still Cincy Winter Beerfest tickets available and can be purchased on Cincybeerfest.com.
