It's getting near our geographical limit so we don't come that way much. There are several in Chipping Camden and the Eight Bells and the Noel Arms get a mention in the CAMRA LocAle list. The only one we've (we the Two Old Gloucestershire Codgers Wednesday Lunchtime Get Away from the Missus Club) been to personally is the Bakers Arms at Broad Camden which had really good beer and decent food at lunchtime. I'd guess it would be a good place for an evening meal too.

The Cotswold's generally is blessed with some great old-fashioned real pubs still - we try a different one each week - so there are lots around, albeit some have had to go "gastro" to survive. A favourite further away from Chipping Campden, the Fox at Great Barrington should you go that way - we liked that and have been back a couple of times, although it's a bit of a run from our native Tetbury.
