I wouldn't personally hold out much hope - two similar ventures nearby failed to get off the ground, although happily both the pubs concerned are still open.
I remember the Fox and Goose from the days of Robin Starbuck.
Cooperatives usually don't work -too many people pulling in different directions, with different agendas, tastes in beer , etc etc.
But I wish it well. Hebden Bridge desperately needs a good pub.
A recent celebrated community lease buy out near here has just had a fall out and the manager walk out.
And having had some horrible dictatorial and demanding leters about or website from the person who called himself 'Company Secretary' and seen him in action at the pub, I can see exactly why.
