King Cobra and super strength lager?

Is King Cobra technically a "super strength" lager (it's 8% and it is a lager)?

If so has there been any negative publicity about its production/sale given the largely (understandable) negative press about super strength lagers? I notice that even the label of King Cobra cautions moderation and sharing of the bottle with a friend.

Alternatively - given the fact that it is brewed by a respectable Polish brewery and is at a much higher price point than other super strength lagers - is King Cobra considered to be a different type of drink?

It's brewed in Poland, yes, but re-fermented by Palm at the Rodenbach brewery in Belgium, whence it emerges bottle-conditioned.

So it's a bottle-conditioned strong lager, which does make it pretty different in my book.

And it's nice - very nice!
