They've got this beer exclusively in some Wetherspoons on draught ATM. Very nice, but sweet. Certainly a beer with a difference. It has a rich aroma of plum.
Anybody else tasted it?
They also had some O'Hanlans stout which was nice.

Yes (during Wetherspoons' recent 'Beer Festival') - very nice!

Me too - and we have it on again now. I love it! Very plummy and very sweet!
Had some during their recent beer festival. Nice, but too sweet for my palate. Half a pint would be enough, I think.
Yes far too sweet for me.

I agree. Would go well with some kind of pudding.
Had the O'Hanlans in both Westhoughton and Bolton.. excellent at each venue.

It was on tonight at the Friar Penketh, (Warrington Weatherspoons) tonight. Quite acceptable as a drink but I wouldn't have thought of it as a beer!
It was so good "Chief" had four pints of it on Wedensday.
