My friend who is currently attending the Siebel Institute in Chicago has said he's heard of a good brewing school in London. I've Googled around but can't come up with anything. Is it true and where can I find a list of brewing schools in the UK?

Heriot-Watt University The International Centre for Brewing and Distilling
Now to continue my search.
