Not really - just wanted to get your attention!
The little town of Egremont, at the centre of the Cumbrian Shootings, is having its first ever beer festival next weekend. This is virtually a real ale desert: although there is a great brewery in the town none of its beers are available anywhere there. There is also another brewery 3 miles down the road.
The two pubs that serve real ale do very little.
Hence our bold step!!
If you are doing nothing else this weekend, please come! The locals are friendly and like to talk to visitors, so there is a good chance of doing to converting!!!
