Is there any beer that comes in a 40oz can? I thought I had seen an abnormally large can of Colt 45 at one point, but I'm thinking it was a 32oz can, not 40.

How big were those Fosters "oil cans?" Are they still around?

24 or 25 ounces. Just $9.75 last year at Yankee Stadium!

The 32 I saw was as tall as a 24, just fatter. Around the same circumference as a Fosters. a 40oz at the same height would be pretty awkward (and useless unless you have a glass).
