Nope. They're two entirely different companies that just happened to both be located in Portland.

No. BridgePort is owned by Gambrinus, and is best-known for their BridgePort IPA, Blue Heron Ale, and Old Knucklehead barleywine. Portland Brewing is now owned by Pyramid (as of August 2004) and brews both ales and lagers.

Just exactly so. We won't go into Pyramid's future plans for its Seattle brewery. It's enough to make a grown beer geek cry.
