Does anyone have an experience with beer and dieting ?
I did the South Beach diet recently, mainly the two week induction phase. Then, I continued with a modified diet. I went from 205lbs to 180lbs in 3 months.
The bad part was no alcohol for the 2 weeks. I survived and now have 4 or so microbrews a week. I found myself starting to restart some bad eating habits and gained 5 lbs.
The diet avoids sugars, especially in carbohydrates. The author seems to support wines but poo poos beer.
