coffee health v weight loss

I am trying to figure out if coffee is healthy and if abstinance will help with weight loss. I went on a coffee strike a month ago and cannot see a difference

Everything in this world is meant to eat. I find nothing junk. I mean what is a burger? Meat and wheat? Both are really healthy... So there is nothing wrong with coffee too. If you want to get rid of weight, try
