Hey all, normally I'm a lurker -- happy to read and learn. But now I have a need -- does anyone know how I can flavor my own roasted beans or fresh ground coffee to get that great pumpkin or pumpkin spice flavor
-- no cream, no sugar. I tried if for the first time this winter and I fell in love. However, I refuse to be held hostage by the coffee distributors and have access to this fantastic flavor only once a year. Help! If you have successfully accomplished this or something similar to it, please post to the group and share the process. I prefer to roast my own beans and have read that the Peru (Andes Gold) has a subtle flavor and should be conducive to flavoring.
