I can't seem to get many of my pin lock Cornelius kegs to seal, they always leak a little bit. This is just the gas side, liquid side has always been OK.
I have tried mixing/matching kegs and pin lock assemblies. I've tried new O rings, I've tried keg lube.
If I really goop them up with keg lube and turn the pin lock to just the right position it may seal. The first time something knocks or moves the 'gas in' it starts leaking again.
The kegs are in a refrigerator with taps in the door, this isn't a picnic situation where things are getting roughed up.
The ball locks seem to work OK. The obvious fix is to go to ball locks, except that I have quite a few of the pin locks around.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Rick
