Beano

I remember someone posting something about using Beano for something, but I don't know what it was being used for or how much was used. Anybody??

It's used to break down unfermnentables in your beer. It leaves a VERY dry beer behind. Some people use it to make low carb beers. It's pretty unpredictable...I've had mixed results the 3 times I've tried it. Use 1-2 tabs and give it a lot of time to work.
