I bottled a nice bitter last weekend and then my heat went out over the weekend. The bottles were exposed to about 40F - 45F degree temperatures overnight for one night. They had been bottled at around
72F the night before. My question is - can I still expect carbonation to occur now that the bottles are back to (and stay at) room temperature?Thanks...
