Brewing with a Conical Fermenter

I am looking for techniques used brewing with Conical Fermenters.

I have some people boil and load up the conical and do their primary and secondary in the conical, No sparging, just mashing out on occassion.

Others have indicated they brew as usual, ie boil, lauter, sparge primary and then finish in the conical.

Is there any good books on brewing with a conical? Web pages you can refer me to?

Any input would be helpful.
