Depends on what level yu're at and what you want out of it. Zymurgy has
had the edge as being a little more technical and aimed at the AG
brewer, while BYO has a reputation of more of a beginner's mag. BYO is
catching up fast, though, with Chris Colby as the editor. And, of
course, I write for BYO...;)
Life begins at 60 - 1.060, that is.
