chocolate orange stout

What is the best way to make a chocolate orange stout? I can use cocoa powder for the chocolate (my chocolate vanilla stout came out great using powder) but what about the orange? Should I skin the oranges, chop them up, and boil them to impart the orange flavour to the water? What will the acidity do for the yeast/flavour?

Thanks,

Richard

You can actually buy bitter & sweet orange peel at almost any brew shop worth their weight in hops. Depending on your tastes you would add 0.10oz -

1.0oz of this orange peel to the kettle during the last 10-15 minutes of the boil.

These are commonly used in Belian Wit & Saison & similar type "spiced" beers but can be used for any applications...such as in your case.
