Going Commercial in Oz

I live in South Australia and I've been thinking of going commercial. I want to sell some more developed brews through boutique pubs. Nothing huge, nothing I can't manage but there are some things I need to know.

Where can I find information on my legal standing (ie. do I need a permit, etc)? Where can I get information on required hygene standards? Am I required to have qualifications in chemistry?

Could any South Australians who know please respond.

Why don't you start with liquor licensing? Also the gov website, sacentral is pretty comprehensive

You /could/ ask at the Port Dock Brewery pub but no guarantees there of course. Good luck. With the miserable bunch of beers available on the local pub scene, let me know when you get them in somewhere and I will be your first customer. Steve W

No Ideas, sorry, but would like to hear how you have fared in this endevour.
