What are some good final racking methods to keep semi-flocculent yeast from ending up in the bottle. I seem to have mixed luck with this endeavor.

Time or temp. Either let it sit longer in a secondary fermenter to drop clear, or place it in a fridge down to 45F or cooler, and it will usually drop in a couple of days. With either, then rack "quietly" - not disturbing the yeast cake during the process.
Beer here,
