Check out local resteraunt supply houses, I started with a ten gal aluminum pot that is very thick and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. And don't worry about using aluminum it works fine, it will take on an oxidized surface and that effectively seals it. fill with water and boil then drain, and it should be good to go. You don't want it to be shiney
