Has my lager stopped?

Hi,

I am brewing some lager. It is currently 2 weeks into its second fermentation, in four demi johns with airlocks. The recipe says leave for 3 weeks. 3 of the full demi johns are still bubbling but the fourth, which is only 3/4 full has stopped and has a few blobs of yeast on top.

Should I bottle this one? Is it likely to be no good?

What temperature is it at? What's the SG?
