Home Brewer's Equipment

I am planning to open a retail store to satisfy the needs of homebrewers and wine makers. As a long time homebrewer, I know the basics to stock but would really appreciate any suggestions on hard to find supplies, brands and equipment the readership would like to see in a local shop. Suggestions... Thanks

Locate to Davis, CA. The university teaches brewing, but the nearest supplies are a 45 min drive away. Not good when you just need a packet of yeast. Also, be logical with shipping. Too many shops charge a min ~$5 UPS shipping rate for even the smallest item. A packet of dried yeast (orgered online) should be able to go through the USPS for less than $1 without the need to call and make special arrangements for shipping that way. Warren Place
