Hi, obviously the best way to carbonate beer after bottling will be with the usual priming sugar & then waiting for the yeast to do it's job. Are there other ways to carbonate that are quicker?
This is probably a stupid idea but you know those carbonation machines you can buy easily for carbonating soft drinks, like you can get at KMart for instance, would they be okay to use to carbonate a bottle? I wouldn't do it for all my beer, but if I had just bottled my beer and wanted to try one without waiting days for carbonation, would this be a viable approach?
Regards and thanks,
