keeping head

Hello need some help I'm having trouble keeping a head on some brews, coopers lager and cervesa seem ok but pilsner and bitter the more malty ones go flat. is there anything I can add to improve and hold the head thanks

Coopers no-boil kits I presume? Are you bottling or pigging or kegging?
