they are pre packaged vacume packed leaf hops in a stearl (at least i
assume)sealed pack. they are "crosby and baker"  i didnt pick them or anything. i had the
choice of the dried pellitized or the leaf so i got the leaf thinking they
were better. they cost only about 70 cents more.i got cascade 6.0% alpha
