priming and chocolate

Hello-

Wonderful newsgroup.


I want to prime a 5gal batch of beer with liqueur instead of 3/4 cup corn
sugar.  How much should I use?  I saw this somewhere and forget the amount.




Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate beer along these lines?


Chocolate syrup in place of malt extract
Chocolate grain
Orange peel for bittering
