Are there any styles of beer that call for Flaked Wheat and a particularly high OG? I pitched a plambic, fortified with honey, but before topping off and adding the lambic cultures, I decided to do an experimental 2-liter batch with the concentrated wort - (1.090!) and a pack of Muntons ale yeast. I'm anxious to see what it will taste like, but have no idea what style it might fall into.
Incidentally, I topped the plambic up to 5 gallons and 1.045 OG. I plan to add raspberry flavor when racking to secondary.
