I've had really good success with John Bull (English) and the Macs range.
Tonight I got my boss drunk tonite with a two week old Macs triple malt dark
ale - sadly it's so good I've only got 6 bottles left ... and none will make
it into their third week.

And Geordie is a 'supermarket' range that've brewed well.

But what's the best?

A Muntons Gold Lager is the one I think I'll probably do next.  But would
appreciate any thoughts you all have.

Everyone has their own personal tastes. I'm still pretty much a newbie,
but Listermann's Porter is my favorite recipe kit.
