Anybody using either yeast for their lagers? Have been using Baverian lager yeast 2206 with great results and have been able to hold it over for a couple of months in a capped beer bottle in the coldest part of the frig. It has given me a much drier and very crisp finish. Should I mess with success and try Wyeast 2007 or 2278? Anybody had experience with them? Weather is getting warmer here and a couple of brews are planned.
