A few months ago, maybe more, someone in this group mentioned to me that Harney's has a panyong congou. I ordered it, and while it's kind of expensive by the standards I'm used to paying for chinese blacks, it's entirely respectable and tastes pretty much the way I'd hoped. So I am happy with that.
In addition, though, they sent me a sample of their Paris tea, and it seems to me like the Paris is trying to taste like Kousmichoff's _Prince Wladimir_ tea. They don't quite make it, though, the citrus flavours and the spice flavours don't come together in the same way and it winds up with something a little reminiscent of bubble gum. But it was a nice try.
