All :
Just looking for some input on the following: Often I pour a dram of whisky, any number of favorites I have lying around, and I find the taste can vary dramatically depending upon what I've eaten in the previous few hours or *if* I've eaten in the previous few hours.
This seems totally unpredicatable to me - I see no obvious correspondance between what I've eaten and how the whisky tastes, although I have noticed that brushing my teeth and then having a class is a very, very bad idea.
Any suggestions about taste predictions after specific foods?
Best, Justin
