I got given a nice Lowland

I have just been given a Lowland whisky as a present. Its a Helen Arthur bottling of Rosebank. The cask is numbered and it was destilled in 1990 and bottled in 2003. I was quite amazed. I usually dont go for Lowlands. But this one surpised me. It is almost as clear as Gin. It has a citrus like flavour on the pallate and has a honey like smell to it. Slight spice and sharpness ( though not unpleasant) at first. My wife thought I had poured white wine into my nosing glass. Its so clear. Anyone else know this Helen Arthur bottling? It intrigues me. It is the plain oak bottling. It will never become my favourite, but the intriguing thing is the sweetness. I thnk its the sweetest scotch I have ever tasted. 46% BTW
