We had a reasonably spicy dinner tonight, accompanied by a 2000 Frog's Leap
Zinfandel. Afterward, to complement the full flavors, I decided to open a new
bottle, and chose a Signatory 1975 Isle of Jura bottled in 1997.
Spectacular! In a blind tasting, I'd have sworn it was an Islay, but a little
bit less body than most, with all the liveliness and complexity one could hope
The bad news is that my wife also liked it, so I'll have to share... 8;(
