The List (January 2006)

I've seen your post several times on snipped-for-privacy@googlegroups.com. I have heard that your list of colored malts may include far to many.
This could be the case if you compile your list based on European bottle labels that are required to list spirit caramel if it is included in the whisky. A problem may arise if the government does not prohibit listing spirit caramel, even if it is not included in a malt.
I've heard many of the largest malt producers list spirit caramel on the label in case they happen to need (or want) to use it in the future. That way they don't have to keep changing the labels and getting them approved. Sincerely, John

It's only to produce an exact same color over years. Without coloring it would change a very little bit. Litte only.

You're wasting time. The only time he contributes to the group, other than his monthly spamming, it to re-spam with an alius to his own post. Something like "what, no Locdhu?!" The spam is so poorly contrived that no one can even that it is spam. Clever? No, because the list is so big that one would never know which one whisky he is pushing. One thing's for sure, if I ever figure it out, I won't be buying that one. A better post would be: STOP SPAMMING OUR GROUP!!! but he won't resond to that, either.
