The List (June 2005)

I see that whatever this is, (a) doesn't seem to provide anything particularly useful, and (b) changes it's posting address to (temporarily) evade killfiles. I have a theory, but can anyone explain what the deal is here?

Probably just the local tree hugger with a little excess time on his hands.
