Where have all the people gone?

Hi!

About two years ago, I was very active in the news group. And so where a lot of other whisky lovers. Now it seems that new posting are very far apart - many days. No?

- Where are people talking whisky now?

There must be website that are more active than this forum is now? Sorry, to put it this way, and I am willing to do my bit in here, but still; I'd like to look elsewhere too.

A few links would be nice.

Hi Kim!

Agree. No idea where everyone has gone. I recently put on my new whisky-website[1] but it has no forum ;-)

So let's start talking again. Which whisky did you discover this winter?

I'm still here. Currently in Durham NC USA, but soon to travel back to Yorkshire.

Currently on sale here in the NC state liquor stores is Laphroaig Quarter Cask, which I do love. Been stocking up.

I have also noticed that of late our price on Glenfarclas 12, which has been my daily fall-back dram for years, has gone up sharply. Anyone know why??

I am also curious what drams I'll find in small shops across West Yorks and The Dales that I can't get here.
