I am not from the USA so am not sure if you mean West Louisiana by West LA. If so, then I visited a decent liquor store there a few years ago in Lafayette. I dont remember the name, but do remember it was run by and Indian gentleman. As in a man from India. It was on a main street near a number of pawn shops.

Hi, I'm new here (first post) and was about to suggest this outlet. I found Macallan's Cask Strength for 49.99, (the best price around these woods). Their selection isn't as large as BevMo (best price on Laphroaig CS) or Beverage Warehouse but still quite a decent selection.
