Whisky Exchange

Located by the Grand Union in Hanwell, west London about 15 mins from Heathrow. It is in a rundown trading estate, in a grubby warehouse. It is certainly in no way prepossessing. However, this is the sort of place I like, bottles everywhere, an Aladdinn's cave run by a Sikh collector. Very friendly and helpful. I have some Glen Ord rare malts and they are willing to swop for some Port Ellen. They buy collections and so you get some really interesting expressions. Apparently they recently bought a collection from a pub that shut down on Islay.

If somebody was going to buy a bottle of PE which one would it be? I intend to drink it, not keep. They have around 120 different bottlings. Any ideas?

Anyway, needless to say I have no connection with them but would seem to me to be a good place to spend an hour or so if Terminal 4 is not your cup of tea.
