WOT - Spridgets in Stuart FL

Guys,

I figgered if we are all into Whisky, some of y'all might also be into Little British Cars as well.

I gotta go down to Stuart FL -- family medical emergency. Last time I was there, I saw a Racing Garage kinda place with, among other neat cars (like a Mini and TR4) a gorgeous 72 Midget in full racing kit. This thing was beautiful.

Anyone got more info?? I'm thinking of stopping in this time down.

... and gals, don't forget Johanna.

Yeah, I've owned a 1961 A-H Sprite, a 1974 Spitfire, a 1976 TR-6, and still own a 1978 Spitfire (w/Factory hard-top and electric OD gearbox).

They were (and now still are) a near constant drain on my funds.

I've wanted a 12 cylinder E-Type Black Widow (black exterior / red interior) since I've been able to legally drive (but, sigh, my bank balance isn't a bottomless pit).

Sadly, no. However, if there's an older Mini or a TR-8 there while you're in the area I might be interested. Let me know.

Regards, Rob

Not too far off Monterey, maybe near Dixie Hwy, having crossed Rte 1 coming from Martin Downs, just on A1A. Something Scuderia???

1961 TR-3A, 1974 Midget, 1975 Spitfire, 1976 TR-6, and 1980 TR-8 (Group 44 mods, still owned) here (not to mention an Austin Marina, so I won't. 8;) )

Amen. And they all drive like old cars, which is why our street cars are the Miata and the S2000.
